about my practice

As movement artist, I value focusing on understanding self and interpersonal relationships and connections to energetic phenomena through physical practice and innate groove. I value texture above all else, and the power of the senses. Sensitivity through experience is exhibited through my movement and daily life.

My work is very introspective in thought but outwardly energetic and intriguing. I find that the juxtaposition of these two ideas creates dynamic and depthful work. Throughout the years, I’ve found more and more of my creative energy into movement come from a place of identity, wanting to know more and wanting to show more and make meaning from that core.

I make work from experience; queerness, fracturing rules of gender, all things lived.
